With the 2012 Olympics fast approaching, there has never been a better time to get involved in a new sport and perhaps join a local club.

It is widely acknowledged that cycling is one of the most effective ways for people to achieve good health and fitness, as well as providing an essential energy release/escape from the stress of our everyday lives.

The first point of interaction comes from outside links from either the banner advert or video, which direct visitors to the microsite where they can retrieve more information.

 

The video will also be embedded into the homepage of the microsite, further prompting the user to 'get involved, get active' by joining a local cycling club.

 

The purpose of the microsite is to provide essential information on the benefits of cycling and the different cycling methods available to the consumer. The site is also integrated using Google maps, allowing the user to easily find contact information on local clubs.
